Groups are small (1 to 8 people), we travel quietly, and the focus is on the land and its inhabitants. Whether you join us for an off-road expedition, horse riding, skiing or backpacking adventure there is plenty of free time for you to explore, photograph or do whatever pleases you most.

In addition to our regular schedule of trips, we also take solo travelers, families and groups of friends on custom trips. Whatever your dream trip is, and no matter what size group you have in mind we are happy to work with you to help you plan and enjoy a memorable and safe guided adventure.

Kyrgyz Riders Travel company was founded on May 1, 2017 by a tour guide and history teacher Aman from the village of Kochkor close to Song-Kol Lake. In the beginning company had 2 main goals:

1. due to the lack of employment in the Kochkor area, one of the main goals of the company was to create a workplace for locals.

2. to establish themselves as one of the most favored and professional companies in Kyrgyzstan that organize horseback riding tours fully equipped with helmet, leggings, ride to and from destinations, and rain coats, among many other features, for horse rides

Kyrgyz Riders originally began with 3 people organizing mainly horseback riding tours to Song-Kol Lake. Today, we have over 15 people working as translators, horse guides, horsemen, drivers, and yurt providers. As a result of the intensive work of the team, the company has grown rapidly and now offers horseback, hiking, off-road tours and many others throughout the country.

In addition to helping locals, Kyrgyz Riders supports the local social activities for both children and adults. Our company award outstanding students studying English at the local schools and we also sponsor a local volleyball team in Kochkor where the company started. Additionally, we actively participate in a number of charitable and ecological projects.

Kyrgyz Riders collaborates with different tourist companies, small businesses, and local families to create both community and opportunities for success for Kyrgyz citizens in-country.
